Finding the entrance was a bit tricky, requiring some back and forth before we figured it out. The location was great for exploring, but if you're caught in the breakfast room, be prepared for a somewhat cramped feeling with other guests milling about. Breakfast options leaned heavily on packaged goods, so a fresh selection would have been a much-appreciated upgrade.

rinuccini relais, where the elevator is a scrappy coin-operated disaster. My 4-night stay in the deluxe suite almost felt like a workout—who needs a gym? And the breakfast—packaged goods galore! After all the trouble, I expected some luxurious upgrade or at least a complimentary treat for my 'struggle', but alas, nothing. so disappointing.

i loved my stay at rinuccini relais! the location was perfect for exploring the city, just a short walk from the metro and the seaport. we had a superb view of piazza dante from our cozy room. breakfast was generous and delicious, with plenty of options. the staff was courteous, thoughtful, and always smiling, making the experience even better.

Spacious room, comfortable bed, with a very good breakfast selection that you can enjoy in the comfort of your own room, along with a convenient 5-minute walk to the nearby metro.

Fantastic Stay with Excellent Views
We had an amazing experience! Our room was spacious with great views overlooking Piazza Dante, and those soundproof windows did wonders for keeping the noise out at night. The location couldn't be better for exploring Naples, and we loved the beautiful palazzo with its original architecture. It was a perfect blend of comfort and style. One small improvement could be the elevator, which required a coin for use.
