We got exceptionally nice and welcoming room with beautiful view. Location: the hotel was close enough to monuments, the metro station of piazza dante and the airport...

Ideal hotel in a local area, the staff were lovely. My room was exceptionally nice and welcoming with tasteful designer decor, comfortable beds and attention to details, it accommodated me perfectly. The private parking was nearby, impeccable service.

No negatives from this place.

Finding the entrance was a bit tricky, requiring some back and forth before we figured it out. The location was great for exploring, but if you're caught in the breakfast room, be prepared for a somewhat cramped feeling with other guests milling about. Breakfast options leaned heavily on packaged goods, so a fresh selection would have been a much-appreciated upgrade.

My 4-night stay in the beautiful suite almost reminded me of a workout-who needs a gym? And the breakfast-packaged goods galore! After all the trouble, I expected some luxurious upgrade or at least a complimentary treat for my 'struggle', but alas, nothing. So disappointing.

The location was perfect for exploring the city, just a short walk from the metro and the seaport. We had a superb view of piazza dante from our cozy room. Breakfast was generous and delicious, with plenty of options. The staff was courteous, thoughtful, and always smiling.

Fantastic Stay with Excellent Views

Our room was spacious with great views overlooking Piazza Dante, and those soundproof windows did wonders for keeping the noise out at night. The location couldn't be better for exploring Naples, and we loved the beautiful palazzo with its original architecture. It was a perfect blend of comfort and style.

the lift charged coins was a bit annoying (especially first thing in the morning). however, the room was well decorated with soundproof windows. breakfast had plenty of options (loved the fresh fruit) and the staff were very friendly.
